ProMerge! is a procedure model for process harmonization that combines the phases of the process harmonization (analysis, conception, realization, verification phase) with  integration targets (strategic, organizational and administrative, personal, cultural, operational and external integration) and thus provides a holistic view. The actions build on each other logically in the particular integration streams and describe the procedures in the particular phases, so organizations are systematically advanced to decision-making and guided from phase to phase in der post-merger integration.
